These terms apply to your use of TrackIt (the "app") and this website, provided by Avadhoot Smart ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Your data
Your habit history exists only on your device, and you're responsible for it. Uninstalling the app or losing the device deletes it permanently.
Acceptable use
Don't use TrackIt to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload our services. Don't redistribute modified builds as if they came from us.
No warranty
TrackIt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data can't be lost. Keep backups of anything that matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of TrackIt. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free app is zero.
Termination
You can stop using TrackIt at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering or updating the app at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
